Shipping Instructions for BVFEast 2006
Marketing Materials: Investor kits and other marketing materials will be displayed during the conference at the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson, Jersey City, NJ. All kits should be fully contained in one package for easy handling & display.
Kits cannot arrive before Friday, June 9th and must be received by end of day Monday, June 12th. Packages received prior to Friday, June 9th, 2006 will not be accepted. Unused Investor kits should be picked up prior to the conclusion of the conference. Kits will not be returned after the conference.
