Shipping Instructions for BVFEast 2007
Marketing Materials: Investor kits and other marketing materials will be displayed during the conference at the Marriott in Montreal. All kits should be fully contained in one package for easy handling & display.
Kits cannot arrive before Friday, June 15th and must be received by end of day Monday, June 18th. Packages received prior to Friday, June 15, 2007 will not be accepted. Unused Investor kits should be picked up prior to the conclusion of the conference. Kits will not be returned after the conference.
- If you are mailing from inside Canada, just use the hotel shipping label document that is posted below.
- If you are mailing boxes from the US, you also need to use the customs forms that are posted here, or your package may not arrive in time. If you would like to speak with someone at BIO’s customs broker for assistance, contact Kim LeBlanc, Event Coordinator for Mendelssohn at 514-987-2700 X25.
