Complimentary Meeting Space Available
Attention: If you applied for a presenting slot, use the same password that was used in that process. But the password you used to register and pay is a separate system and is not the one used for the 1x1 system. Please follow the instructions below.
The One on One System is now open.
BIO is pleased to provide limited complimentary meeting space for registered attendees arranging their own one-on-one meetings for the event. Private meeting rooms in the Marriott are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Space will be available during the following periods:
June 19 - 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. – 5:45 p.m.
June 20 - 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Step 1 - Create a Conference Account (If you applied for a presentation slot, use the information we already sent you and skip to the next step. You don't need to apply for a new account.)
In order to request a presentation slot, you must first create a conference account. You will receive a confirmation message once your account has been approved.

Step 2 - Set up your One on One Meeting profile
As soon as your conference account has been approved, you may log-in to the company profile home page below using the username and password that were sent to you by e-mail. Once you have completed your company's profile and set up your availability for meetings, you can start requesting private meetings with others in the system.
