Attendee Registration

All attendees of BVF East 2007 are required to pay a registration fee. Online Registration is now available.

Presenting companies are required to pay a registration fee in addition to the fee to present. Click here to Apply to Present and register for a conference account.
To pay by check, please email bvfeast@bio.org and we will follow up with you.

Fees (all rates are in $US)

After logging in to the online registration site, you will be automatically assigned a fee based on the date and whether you are a BIO member. If you are eligible for one of the other fees in the chart below, you will need a registration code emailed to you. Please email bvfeast@bio.org to ask for a code.

Registration fee includes access to all sessions, breakfasts, luncheons and evening receptions.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by May 27, 2007 to qualify for a refund. Send e-mail requests to bvfeast@bio.org. A U.S. $150 administration fee will be deducted for all approved cancellations received by May 27, 2007. Refunds will be processed after the conference. After May 27, 2007, no registration fees will be returned.
Changes to your registration record may be made by clicking on the URL provided in your e-mail receipt/confirmation. Substitutions, name corrections or contact information changes will be allowed up until your name badge is printed on-site.
Photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and business card are required to pick up your conference credentials on-site.
Your badge and conference materials may be picked up at the conference registration area located in the Marriott Chateau Champlain, Montreal, QC, Canada
On-site Registration Hours Monday, June 18, 2007 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, June 19, 2007 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, June 20, 2007 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Your company must be a BIO or State Association member in good standing on or before June 20, 2007, to receive the Member Rate.

BVF East 2007 Registration Instructions:

Click on “Register”
Whether registering yourself or someone else, login as the person registering using THEIR email address as the USER ID.
If they have not registered before, create a new account.
If their email address is already in our database but you do not know the password, the default is the person’s last name.
If that doesn’t work, click on “Forgot Password” and an email will be sent to that email account with a new password.
Once logged in, select “add to cart”
Default registration fee will be at the non-member rate. If you require another rate, email bvfeast@bio.org and you will be sent the correct fee code.
When you get to the Shopping Cart page, enter the coupon code in the box for BIO Coupon Code, or if you don't have one, proceed.
Click on “update cart”
Click on “checkout”
This should register you at the correct rate. You should receive a confirmation email at the address you entered above.

Media Registration

Media registration for BVF East 2007 is complimentary for credentialed members of the news media. All media registrations need to be approved by BIO staff.
